SUMMARY:Nature's Original Biohack
DESCRIPTION:March 9 to 12\, 2027 · Ecuador \nFour days to hear yourself think again.\nBetween the Andes and Amazon with Monk Choo: meditation\, forest\, water\, Kichwa knowledge and enough space to become quiet again. \nFor four days\, we step away from notifications\, schedules and the pressure to be somewhere else. This is not about escaping your life. It is about practicing a different way of being in it. \nThe Andes help you slow down. The forest teaches you to pay attention.Monk Choo helps you understand what you notice. \nJoin the First Circle → \n \n\nThree Teachers \nNot everything worth learning happens in a classroom.\nMeditation is woven into the places and experiences around us\, rather than separated from them. \n\nThe Practice \nMonk Choo\nMorning meditation\, stillness in nature\, evening reflection and wisdom conversations. \n \n\nThe Place \nThe Forest\nWater. Heat. Rain. Birds. Darkness. Silence. \n \n\nThe Knowledge \nLocal Wisdom\nOur Kichwa hosts share the forest they know: plants\, food\, waterfalls and traditions. \n \n \n\nFour Days · One Journey \nArrive. Notice. Connect. Return.\nDay One · ArriveThermal water\, mountains and the gradual descent from Quito toward the Amazon. \nDay Two · NoticeForest\, waterfalls and learning what changes when you pay attention. \nDay Three · ConnectCacao\, Kichwa knowledge\, silence and interconnection. \nDay Four · ReturnClose the circle and decide what practice comes home with you. \n \n \n\nDays One and Two \nArrive. Then notice.\nWe begin in Papallacta\, soaking in thermal water beneath the mountains\, then continue to Wisdom Forest in the Amazon. The following day opens with gentle movement and meditation before rainforest trails\, waterfalls and forest knowledge with our Kichwa hosts. \nMonk Choo’s practice:Don’t try to become calm. Notice where you are. \n \n\nThe Thread Through the Journey \nThe forest becomes part of the practice.\nMeditation does not only happen while sitting down. A practice may happen on a yoga deck\, beside a river or halfway through a rainforest walk. The objective is not to collect hours of meditation. It is to discover how attention changes an ordinary moment. \n\n \n\nDay Three \nConnect through what is already here.\nThe forest becomes something we can taste. Our hosts introduce cacao: the plant\, its story and the work hidden inside something most of us know only as chocolate. \nThere is also time with nothing scheduled. Hammock. Journal. Walk. Swim. Sleep. Talk to somebody. Talk to nobody. \n\n \n\nOur Home in the Amazon \nSleep in the forest. Eat from the forest.\nWisdom Forest is our base: a permaculture forest and wildlife reserve outside Tena\, surrounded by the sounds and rhythms of the Amazon. Meals are part of the experience: a time to gather\, eat well\, talk and allow the day to settle. \n\n\nFirst Edition · March 9 to 12\, 2027 \nWhat are you taking home that does not fit in your suitcase?\nWe are assembling a small First Circle for this Amazon mental hygiene journey. You do not need meditation experience. You do not need to be particularly spiritual. You just need to be willing to show up. \nApply for the First Circle → \nMindfully hosted with CarpeDM Adventures.
